Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and the order information has been verified.
Orders are not normally processed on Sundays or Australian public holidays. Processing times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard estimated shipping time is approximately 6–9 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, it may be provided after the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the parcel.
Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed, please contact us at hello@zoonlion.com with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where appropriate, work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the shipment.
Orders That Cannot Be Supplied
If we are unable to supply an order that you have paid for, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund of the amount paid, subject to applicable law.
Australian Consumer Law
For Australian customers, Zoonlion recognises the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Where applicable, consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to goods supplied to consumers in Australia. Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
