Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment service providers available at checkout.

Payment authorization, verification, or security checks may be required before an order can be completed.

An order is processed after payment has been successfully authorized and payment confirmation has been received.

Order Total

The applicable product prices, shipping charges, discounts, and final order total are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

The final checkout amount is the amount payable for the order.

Payment Verification

In some cases, additional verification may be required by the payment provider or applicable payment service.

If a payment cannot be authorized or completed, the order may not be successfully placed.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After a refund is issued, the customer's bank, card issuer, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded funds appear in the account.

Payment information is processed through Shopify and applicable payment service providers. Zoonlion does not request customers to send complete payment card details by email.
