Accepted Payment Methods

Zoonlion currently accepts the following payment methods where available at checkout:

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Payment Processing

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers. Depending on the payment method selected, the payment provider may process your payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Zoonlion does not request or require customers to send complete credit card numbers or security codes to us by email.

Order Confirmation

After successful payment and order submission, you will receive an order confirmation or other confirmation of your purchase where applicable.

Please review your order information carefully and contact us promptly if you believe there is an error in your order.

Pricing and Payment Transparency

We aim to display applicable product prices and charges clearly during the shopping and checkout process.

Where additional delivery charges or other applicable charges apply, these should be presented during checkout before the order is completed.

Australian Consumer Law

Zoonlion recognises the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Nothing in this Payment Policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
